– Worn Gundidj Indigenous  community services

At Worn Gundidj, we advocate for First Peoples and disadvantaged communities, offering real pathways and a steady hand in the journey towards social inclusion and better economic outcomes.

Our symbol is a shield, and one we bear proudly. It represents our cultural diversity and strengths. This creates protection and empowerment through building community capabilities and promoting personal growth.

Social Emotional and Wellbeing

Worn Gundidj Social Emotional and Wellbeing Team support members of the local First Nations Community through advocating on their behalf, assisting to identify appropriate referrals and providing general one on one counselling services. Working in collaboration with other local organisations the team run and support community groups that encourage connection to community, country and culture. Worn Gundidj focuses on positive change by creating sustainable long-term solutions for First People. We achieve this by supporting participants to find solutions to their own personal situation.
